went to bali some time ago

not a fan of hot sunny countries for holidays because

1. I like fans

2. don't wish to be darker ugh

3. don't wish to be more yellow ugh

4. doesn't feel like I'm traveling cos singapore is hot too

but since everybody made bali seem so nice and relaxing.....

the resort we stayed at was really quiet with literally no one staying

except for our family

the pool was empty

and private pools are linked with the public one

so you can swim out of your room instead of walking out

 the bathroom.... is roofless.....

very creepy to shower at night with all sorts of creatures

and it feels as though you're naked in the field

bali does look good from photos

BUT IT IS REALLY WAY TOO HOT 

(so there was only time to take a few photos and then ran back to the car for aircon)

we went during the monsoon season 

so it was just super sunny and then nonstop rain

WHICH IS REALLY BAD

dark clouds everywhere and 

beaches looking like east coast park

more visuals and dinner by the beach

the sunset was.... meh

cos I believe it's the same sun in every part of the world?

so there is no difference

dinner was constantly interrupted by flies

so it was just eat one mouth swing your arms one time and then eat another mouth
